About Taryn Made

Taryn Made offers handmade goods, beginner-friendly painting and craft kits, decorative products, and select pet care products. Items may be handmade in small batches or made to order, by Taryn in Northern Kentucky.

By purchasing from Taryn Made, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not place an order.

Product descriptions and handmade variations

Handmade items may have slight variations in appearance, size, color, and finish — that is part of what makes them handmade.

Product photography is intended to represent items accurately. Colors may appear differently depending on your device and screen settings.

These statements do not excuse a product that is materially different from its description. If what you receive is materially different from what was described, please contact us under the Refund Policy, and we will review it.

Orders, pricing, and payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars.
Prices and product availability may change.
Orders are subject to availability and successful payment.
If an order cannot be fulfilled, Taryn Made will contact you and provide an appropriate refund or other agreed resolution.
If a genuine pricing or listing error occurs, we will contact you before fulfilling the order, explain the error, and offer an appropriate resolution, such as a refund. This does not override any consumer rights required by law.

Product use and safety

Please follow the instructions and applicable safety information provided with each product. Painting and craft kits are designed for beginner-friendly creative enjoyment. Product contents and recommended use may vary by kit.

Daisy's Paw Butter is intended for external use on pets. Please follow the directions and precautions provided on the product label.

Intellectual property

Original Taryn Made artwork, designs, patterns, instructions, photographs, and branding are protected intellectual property where applicable.

You may use a purchased kit for its intended personal crafting purposes.
Purchasing a kit or digital design does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or resale of original designs or instructional materials is prohibited, except as permitted by law or under an expressly granted license.
You are welcome to share photographs of your own completed projects.

Cancellations and returns

Please see the Refund Policy for the complete cancellation and return terms:

Cancellation requests within 12 hours of purchase, provided production or preparation has not started — see "Order cancellations" in the Refund Policy.
Returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible products — see "Return window for eligible products" in the Refund Policy.

Shipping

Please see the complete Shipping Policy for processing times, rates, free shipping, tracking, and what to do if a package is delayed, lost, or damaged. This section does not repeat those times or rates, so the Shipping Policy remains the single source for shipping terms.

Privacy

Please see our existing Shopify Privacy Policy for how personal information is collected, used, and shared. These Terms do not replace or modify the Privacy Policy.

Accounts

If you create a customer account, please keep your account details accurate and do not share your account access with others. You are responsible for activity under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, please contact us at hello@tarynmade.com.

Third-party links and services

Our website may link to third-party websites or services, such as social media pages. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in our products, policies, or legal requirements. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Material changes will be posted on this page.
