Shipping & Returns
Everything at Taryn Made is handmade in small batches or made to order, with a lot of care. Here is the short version — the full policies below have all the details.
Shipping
Orders are processed within 2–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, estimated delivery is 3–5 business days. Processing time and delivery time are separate.
$9.95 flat-rate standard shipping on orders under $50. FREE standard shipping on orders of $50 or more (after discounts, before taxes). Shipping is charged once per order. We currently ship within the United States only.
When your order ships, we aim to send tracking information by email. If a package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, or if we cannot ship within the promised processing time, please email us at hello@tarynmade.com and we will help.
Returns
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, if they are unused, unopened, complete, and in their original packaging. Please contact us before sending a return.
Some items are final sale for change-of-mind returns, including Daisy's Paw Butter and made-to-order decorative products like Sweetheart Bloom. Exceptions apply if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — please contact us right away and we will make it right.
Ordinary return shipping is paid by the customer. You will not pay return shipping when the return is due to our error or a defective or incorrect item.
